Can I try it before paying?

Yes — Starter is completely free, forever. Up to 500 contacts and 1 pipeline with no card required. When you're ready to grow, upgrade to Standard or Premium.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard gives you up to 10,000 contacts, 5 pipelines, 5 team members, SMS + email campaigns, custom fields, and webhook integrations. Premium unlocks unlimited everything, plus flow-based automation, API access, custom branding, white-glove onboarding, and a dedicated success manager.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose features mid-campaign. Cancellations are always effective immediately; we don't trap you.

Do you offer nonprofit or startup discounts?

We do. 50% off for registered nonprofits, and discounted Standard for any YC / Techstars / South Park Commons company through their first year. Email info@conduyt.app with proof.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything — contacts, deals, notes, messages — as CSV or JSON at any time, on any plan, including Starter. After cancellation we keep data for 30 days (so you can change your mind), then we delete it. You'll get a confirmation email when that happens.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month on Starter, Standard, and Premium. Enterprise customers usually prefer annual contracts for budgeting reasons, but we don't require multi-year terms.

What does Enterprise include?

Everything in Premium, plus SSO/SAML, audit logs, dedicated infrastructure, a self-hosted option, custom SLA, and volume discounts. Email info@conduyt.app to talk to our team.

Do you integrate with my stack?

Very likely. Standard and above get webhook integrations; Premium adds full API access. We connect with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, Notion, Zapier, and more.
